Serology is one of the easiest and accurate ways to monitor and diagnose Mycoplasma. This image shows vials of chicken serum. The serum in the left vial was collected properly, whereas the middle and right vials show hemolysis. High quality samples are very important to ensuring accurate laboratory testing.
